Welcome to the QGIS Algeria User Group

We are a community of QGIS users across Algeria, passionate about open-source geospatial technology. We are more than a software user group: we aim to create a collaborative space for students, researchers, professionals, and enthusiasts interested in open-source GIS, mapping, remote sensing, and geospatial technologies.

Communities are built as much through human connections as through technical knowledge. Our mission is to create a shared space for QGIS users in Algeria — to promote the use of QGIS, share knowledge, organize events, and grow Algeria’s involvement in the global QGIS ecosystem.
